With over 18 years of healthcare experience, Dr. Shani Nichols-Bates, DNP-C is well equipped to address the health needs of those she serves. Board certified as a Family Medicine practitioner since 2015, Dr. Nichols-Bates received both her Associate of Science (2005) and her Bachelor of Science degree (2012) with Magna Cum Laude honors; she also received her Master of Science (2015) and Doctorate degree (2022) with Summa Cum Laude honors. She completed her internship in Mississippi, and her residency in Oregon. Dr. Nichols-Bates is passionate about being of service to all mankind. 

Per Dr. Nichols-Bates: “As it relates to wellness, my philosophy is quite simple: Health is the first wealth, and we either choose to prioritize/make time for wellness or we are forced to make time for illness." I am passionate about providing care that is specific to the individual as the "one size fits all" approach is simply not the best process with respect to the practice of medicine. It is also my belief that every person deserves equal and equitable access to healthcare that is high quality as well as holistic.
